CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
Monday, November 5, 2018
A Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Bremerton was called to order in the Council
Conference Room of the NORM DICKS GOVERNMENT CENTER, 345 6th Street, Bremerton,
Washington, Monday, November 5, 2018, at 5:00 PM, with Council President Eric Younger
presiding. Council Members present were Richard Huddy, Michael Goodnow, Kevin Gorman,
Leslie Daugs, and Pat Sullivan. Council Member Tony Hillman was absent. Also present were
City Attorney Roger Lubovich and Human Resources Manager Charlotte Belmore.
President Younger announced the purpose of the Special Meeting was for the City Council to
meet in Executive Session for a 30 -minute discussion allowed under RCW 42.30.110(1)(f).
President Younger announced that the City Council was back in open session. The following
Motion was then made:
5:30:00 M/S/C/U (Younger/Daugs) Move to authorize Human Resources to retain an outside
investigator to investigate alleged misconduct by Council Member Huddy.
With no further business, President Younger adjourned the Council Special Meeting at 5:31
PM.
