SUMMARY: The Mayor is proposing salary compensation for the appointment of the soon-to-be
vacant position of Executive Assistant at Pay Band 11, Rate 2. Pursuant to the appointment
provisions contained in BMC 2.50.032(a), appointments above Rate 1 require City Council
authorization.
ATTACHMENTS: The applicant's resume is on file with Human Resources.
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Funding for this position is included in the year-
end budget ordinance.
