SUMMARY: Ordinance to re-establish and amend the 2019 Utility Assessments, Rates, Fees, and
Charges.
ATTACHMENTS: 1) Ordinance No. 5358; and 2) Exhibit A
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Misc. Fees and Charges were adjusted by
change in the Construction Cost Index for all urban consumers, Seattle for the month ending August
31, 2018 at 3.3%. The Utility rates are incorporated in the 2019 Proposed Budget.
