SUMMARY: WSDOT is proceeding with design and construction of a paving project on Burwell
Street (SR 304) between Montgomery Avenue and Warren Avenue. The project consists of paving
and curb ramp upgrades. In order to construct curb ramps at the south east corner of Burwell Street
and Olympic Avenue, WSDOT needs to secure right of way and temporary construction easement
rights from Parcel 3-10814 (Assessor's Tax Parcel Number 3778-004-001-0005), a City owned
property. WSDOT prepared an administrative offer summary, with five comparable properties, and
proposes to compensate the City $600.00 for the property rights.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): WSDOT will compensate the City $600.00 for the
right-of-way and temporary easement rights. There is no cost to the City.
