Based on the survey results, administration is recommending the following changes: • Parks Service Specialist — upgrade from Grade 10 to Grade 11 • Parks Service Specialist Senior — upgrade from Grade 11 to Grade 12 • Legal Technician — upgrade from Grade 8 to Grade 9 ATTACHMENTS: Results of Salary Surveys for 1) Parks Service Specialist; 2) Street Service Specialist; and 3) Legal Technician FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The projected cost of implementing the recommended upgrades is approximately $40,977.
