CITY COUNCIL BUDGET WORKSHOP MINUTES
Tuesday, October 30, 2018
The Budget Workshop of the City Council of the City of Bremerton was called to order in the
Mayor's Conference Room 637 of the NORM DICKS GOVERNMENT CENTER located at 345 6th Street,
Bremerton, Washington, Tuesday, October 30, 2018, at 4:15 PM, with Council President Eric
Younger presiding. Council members present were Richard Huddy, Michael Goodnow, Tony
Hillman, Kevin Gorman, Leslie Daugs, and Pat Sullivan. Financial Services Director DeWayne
Pitts was also available to lead the presentations; and Legislative Office Manager Lori Smith was
present to provide staff support to the Council.
DeWayne Pitts, Financial Services Director, led the presentation by providing background on
Public Works & Utilities, Streets & Sidewalks; Transportation Projects; Utility Operations &
Capital; Gold Mountain Golf Course; Utility Rates; and Equipment Maintenance and Reserve.
President Younger announced that the next Budget Workshop will be on Thursday, November
1 beginning at 4:15 PM in the Mayor's Conference Room.
With no further business, President Younger adjourned the Budget Workshop at 7:50 PM.
