SUMMARY: The Public Works Department is seeking to award the AIA Document B101-2017
Standard Form of Agreement between owner and Architect, hereinafter "Agreement" to Rice Fergus
Miller, Inc. for the design, engineering and other services that are required for the construction plans
and bidding documents for the remodels of Fire Station #2 and Fire Station #3. Bond ordinance No.
5291.

Proposal Evaluation Form
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Funds are available for this agreement within the
Public Safety Bond Funds. $69,445.00

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the AIA document B101-2017 Standard Form of Agreement between owner and
Architect, between Rice Fergus Miller, Inc. and the City of Bremerton for the Interior Remodel of Fire
Station No. 2 and Fire Station No. 3; and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement
with substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
