SUMMARY: The tenant commissioner position on BHA's board, currently held by Victoria Hilt, will
expire on November 4, 2018. BHA's bylaws specify a 2 -year term for tenant commissioners, with the
provision that they may serve a maximum of 2 consecutive terms.
Victoria has been an outstanding commissioner and currently serves as vice -chair on the board.
Mayor Wheeler is seeking confirmation that she be appointed for a 2nd (and final) 2 -year term, which
would run from November 5, 2018 through November 5, 2020.
