It is the responsibility of the permit holder to see that the required inspections are made. Pursuant to Chapter 160, Laws of 1988, law enforcement agencies are required to attempt to notify owners/landlords when illegal drugs have been seized on their properties. Public records indicate that you hold an ownership interest in, or have management responsibility for this property. Bremerton Police Officers have evidence that shows that illegal drugs have been sold, used, possessed, or manufactured at this location. A search warrant was served or a consent search was executed on July 24, 2011 and the Bremerton Police report number is B 11-007064. On March 9, 1988, the Washington State legislature passed a law that provides that properties involved in illegal drug activity may be abated as a nuisance.
