SUMMARY: The current service agreement and extended warranty for the automated irrigation
control system for the Cascade and Olympic courses at the Gold Mountain Golf Course is due for
renewal. This three (3) year agreement will provide a replacement control computer, software
licensing, extended warranty and unlimited toll-free support services. This service has been in place
since 2009 and has proven to be very valuable in maintaining the course conditions, quality of play
and water conservation efforts relative to irrigation.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Annual Cost of $7,488 ($22,464 over the 3 year
term) is budgeted for annually in the Golf Course Operation and Maintenance Budget.
