I would like to get you what you need. There are two floor plans and one permit as we are not occupying the 2nd floor plan until June. The current occupant on both floor plans "Stan Palmer construction" is still occupying the 2nd floor plan but is in the process of moving out. He is also still occupying and conducting business in the main building that we intend to occupy. I still currently have a lease on a retail space in port orchard that we are hoping to eliminate once you give us occupancy. We are sharing some of the space with Stan Palmer Construction during the transition, but we are not in full occupancy there yet. What can I do to help process the single floor plan permit? There is no change in the class of business being conducted there on the existing floor plan and occupancy, no changes to the structure. This seems like a very easy transition for the city to start receiving the B and 0 taxes from our construction revenues as they currently have been going to port orchard. I already have an existing retail storefront on callow ave in Bremerton and am looking forward to having our offices back in our hometown as well. We need to have the floor plan more detailed. The floor plan will be used by our building and fire department for review. Without more detail the plan review will be delayed. We need the labeled floor space and sizes legible. There are a few rooms/areas on the floor plan that aren't labeled. Where are doors, windows? Are there any roll up doors. What size are they? Where is the main door? Parking lot? Where are the buildings on the site plan? Which one will be storage/retail? We need a site plan showing the buildings and the parking. You can print this from Google Maps. Also if you are putting any signs on the building you will need a permit for that also. Let me know if you have any further questions. Please read through and complete all of the pages. The fee for an occupancy permit is $73.00 and will need to be paid at the time of application. Please check the box "Occupancy with Change of Use". On the floor plan if you could also label where any equipment will be placed, and the type of equipment it is. Include dimensions of the spaces with the total square footage of the building. This plan doesn't need to be drawn by a professional we just need it to be legible. We will need 2 copies of this plan. Because these buildings were built before this property was annexed to the City of Bremerton, we don't have a previous Certificate of Occupancy for this building So the review may take longer. The sooner we receive the plans the better. Please let me know if you have any further questions Respectfully, .Margret .7vlountjoy City of Bremerton Building Development Q"eciaCist. iz
