SUMMARY: The action before Council is to adopt an ordinance amending Chapter 2.09 of the
Bremerton Municipal Code to remove the Office of the City Clerk from the Department of Financial
Services, amending Chapter 2.06 to add the Office of the City Clerk to the Office of City Attorney,
and creating a new Chapter 2.07 entitled Office of City Clerk.
