COUNCIL MEETING Date: for the Manette Park Renovation Project Department: Presenter: Phone: July 11, 2018 July 18, 2018 Parks & Recreation Jeff Elevado (360) 473-5428 SUMMARY: The City of Bremerton applied for and received funding from the Recreation & Conservation Office's Local Parks grant in the amount of $500,000 for improvements to the Manette Park. One of the main elements of the project is the relocation and installation of a new children's playground area. Equipment pricing has been competitively solicited and publicly awarded through the National IPA cooperative contract. Total Equipment Cost: $98,625.38 with freight and sales tax included.
