SUMMARY: The existing outfall lease agreement for the Eastside Wastewater Treatment Plant with
the Washington State Department of Natural Resources has expired and needs to be renewed.
The new outfall lease agreement is for a thirty (30) year term.
ATTACHMENTS: Lease Agreement
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): $1,460 Lease Fee, to be paid out of the WWTP
O&M Budget of $2,198,864.

RECOMMENDED MOTION: Move to approve the Eastside Wastewater Treatment Plant Outfall

presented.
