Lubovich Phone: (360) 473-2345 SUMMARY: The City entered into a purchase and sale agreement with Lynn S. and Frank A. Horton for the sale of three vacant lots located on Sheldon Boulevard and identified as tax parcel nos.: 3709- 005-009-00-08, 3709-005-008-0009 and 3709-005-008-0108. The purchase and sale agreement is contingent upon City Council approval of the sale. ATTACHMENTS: 1) Vacant Land Purchase and Sale Agreement; 2) Addendum A; 3) Addendum B; 4) Addendum C; and 5) Site Map (Added) FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The City will receive $152,000 (less closing costs) for the sale of the property which will be deposited into the Contingency Reserve Fund pursuant to BMC Chapter 3.36.
