The additional services include design due to City -requested changes, permitting, coordination with Department of Ecology, and construction support services. ATTACHMENTS: 1) Contract Modification Agreement No. 2 2) Exhibit A 3) Exhibit B.1 4) Exhibit B.2. FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The work is fully funded in the Wastewater budget. The original contract amount was $154,542; Contract Modification No. 1 increased the contract by $12,930; revised contract amount $167,472. The current modification is for $59,906 for a new contract amount of $227,378.
