SUMMARY: Control valves are critical system components for maintaining adequate pressure and
flows in the drinking water system. The Northlake Way control valves are in need of replacement due
to age, prone to malfunctioning, and to improve safety at this site. Three (3) bids were received with
the low bid from Core & Main in Puyallup, WA for $50,998.92 including Washington States sales tax.

Move to approve the low bid of Core & Main in the amount of $50,998.92 including Washington State

terms and conditions as presented.
