SUMMARY: Replacement of the Well 20 pump and motor is warranted due to age and energy
efficiency. One bid (1) successful bid was received with the low bid from Hokkaido Drilling, Inc. in
Graham, WA for $53,000 plus Washington State sales tax.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the Public Works Agreement with Hokkaido Drilling, Inc. in the amount of $53,000

substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
