This City Logo Use Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered by and between the City of
Bremerton ("City") and Bremerton Letterpress Company, LLC, a Washington limited liability company
("Bremerton Letterpress").
WHEREAS, the City is the owner of three (3) retro City of Bremerton logos ("Logos") set forth
in Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, the City currently does not use the Logos as their company logo; and
WHEREAS, Bremerton Letterpress desires to use the Logos for commercial purposes; and
WHEREAS, Bremerton Letterpress' use of these Logos would benefit the marketing of the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual benefits to be derived by the parties, it is
agreed as follows:
1. The City authorizes Bremerton Letterpress the non-exclusive use of the Logos for
commercial use specifically on shirts, hats, postcards, and letterpress prints to hang on the wall;
2. Bremerton Letterpress will use the Logos for commercial use that will benefit the
marketing of the City; and
The City may revoke this Agreement at any time.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this Agreement to be executed as of the
date fully executed below.
