The City advertised a Request for Qualifications, and received proposals from two firms to perform construction management for the project. The City selected KPG, to do the work; their cost is $124,148, and is eligible for 100% grant funding. ATTACHMENTS: 1.) Professional Services Agreement with KPG, 2.) Vicinity Map FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The construction management work is 100% grant eligible and included in the 2018 budget.
