SUMMARY: The existing outfall easement for the Westside Wastewater Treatment Plant with WA
DNR has expired and needs to be renewed.
The new outfall easement is for a thirty (30) year term,
ATTACHMENTS: 1) Aquatic Lands Outfall Easement No. 51-077352
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): $1,460 Lease Fee, to be paid out of the WWTP
O&M Budget of $2,198,864.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the Washington State Department of Natural Resources Aquatic Lands Outfall

substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
