SUMMARY: The action before Council is to conduct a public hearing and adopt an Ordinance
amending BMC Title 20 as follows:
1. Revise Land Division section to modify Final Formal Subdivision approval process to an
administrative Directors decision; and
2. Revise Definitions section description for: Minimum Density, Medical Laboratory, Satellite
Parking, Transportation Facility, and Worship & Religious Facility.
