SUMMARY: The Lodging Tax Advisory Committee recommended $32,000 be allocated to
Bremerton Chamber of Commerce for the 2018 funding year. City Council approved the
recommendation at the July 19, 2017 Council Meeting and the $32,000 allocation was included in the
2018 Budget adopted by Ordinance No. 5341 on November 20, 2017.
Pursuant to BMC 2.76.100, contracts over $25,000 require Council approval.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve Tourism Promotion Services Agreement with Bremerton Chamber of Commerce in
the amount of $32,000, and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with
substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
