City Council approved the recommendation at the July 19, 2017 Council Meeting and the $66,000 allocation was included in the 2018 Budget adopted by Ordinance No. 5341 on November 20, 2017. Pursuant to BMC 2.76.100, contracts over $25,000 require Council approval.
