SUMMARY: The City entered into contract with Willis of Seattle, Inc. for insurance broker services in
2003. Since that time, Willis of Seattle has extended its agreement without a rate increase. The
proposed amendment extends the agreement for one (1) year with a minimal increase of $2,500.

AMENDMENT NO. 7 TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
BETWEEN CITY OF BREMERTON AND WILLIS OF SEATTLE, INC.
THIS AMENDMENT Number 7, entered into as of the 1" day of March, 2018, to the
certain Professional Services Agreement ("Agreement") commencing March 1, 2003, between
the City of Bremerton and Willis of Seattle, Inc. for broker services is based upon the following
recital of facts:
1. The current professional services contract expires on March 1, 2018, and there is a
mutual desire to amend the Agreement to extend the term during which services are to be
performed by Willis of Seattle, Inc.
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual agreement contained herein, the
parties do hereby agree:
1. The term of the Professional Services Agreement is extended to March 1, 2019.
2. The City of Bremerton shall pay Willis of Seattle, Inc. $27,500 per year, for the services
detailed in Exhibit A of the Professional Services Agreement and rendered during this
extension period.
3. Willis of Seattle shall maintain the business records required in Section VII of the
Professional Services Agreement for a minimum of seven (7) years subsequent to March
1, 2019.
4. All other terms of the Agreement as amended shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Amendment Number 7 as of
the date and year written below.
