SUMMARY: The court needs to purchase scripts to interface with our court JIS database and
LaserFiche for our paperless records. This will cut staff time and keep records more accurate. The
funds would come out of the Trial Court Improvement Account (professional services) and would not
affect the General Fund.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): $11,990.01 This would come out of fund balance
and not affect the General Fund. Sufficient funds are available in the Trial Court Improvement
Account.
