SUMMARY: The approved 2018 budget shows a purchase of two Y2 ton pickups for the Waste
Water Treatment Plant and the Street Department. The requested purchase is for two 2018 Ford F-
150 4WD Extended Cab with all required options per state contract No. 05916 in the amount of
$69,410.97 including Washington State sales. The authorized dealer is Columbia Ford, Longview
WA.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the purchase of two 2018 Ford F-150 4WD Pick -Up Trucks for the Waste Water
Treatment Plant and the Street Department in the amount of 69,410.97 including Washington State
sales tax from Columbia Ford of Longview WA and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the
agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
