SUMMARY: The approved 2018 budget includes replacement for Water Division Truck No. 0020, a
1991 International Truck and Dump Body. The department has selected for replacement a 2018
International Cab & Chassis Truck in the amount of $116,327.04 from RWC of Tacoma WA and the
Dump Body with attachments and sander and plow from Northend Truck Equipment of Marysville,
WA in the amount of $116,471.46 including Washington state sales tax. Total from both vendors is
$232,798.50. Staff will be utilizing Washington Contract No. 12304 & 01513.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the purchase of a 2018 International Cab & Chassis Truck in the amount of
$116,327.04 from RWC of Tacoma WA and the Dump Body with attachments and sander from
Northend Truck Equipment of Marysville, WA in the amount of $116,471.46 including Washington
state sales tax.
