SUMMARY: The commercial office space located adjacent to the Louis Mentor Boardwalk has
remained vacant for several years. The City has been approached by Pacific Northwest Marine Co.
(dba Freedom Boat Club) with a proposal to lease the space for the operation of a boat membership
company. The owner has secured slips at the Bremerton Marina with the Port of Bremerton for
mooring their vessels and will use the office space for administration and training purposes.
The lease amount is $720.00 per month and does not include utilities. The lessee is also responsible
for payment of Lease Hold Excise Tax.
