SUMMARY: Execution of an Interlocal Participation Agreement with E
Purchasing Cooperative will allow the City to utilize contracts that have
publicly bid and awarded by another entity in order to procure goods a
this approach to procurement includes reduced administrative cost, op
efficiency and economy in acquiring goods and services, and cost savi,
leveraged pricing. Cooperative purchasing has become recognized as
practice.
