SUMMARY: The City ("Lessor") and Alexander Cart Rentals, Inc. ("Lessee") desire to enter into a
new lease for the property at Gold Mountain Golf Club for Lessee's golf cart rental business. The
current lease with Lessee expires December 31, 2017, and the new lease will commence January 1,
2018.
ATTACHMENTS: 1) Lease
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): 2018 revenue of $13,200 to Gold Mountain Golf
Course Fund.

RECOMMENDED MOTION: Move to approve the Lease Agreement with Alexander Cart Rentals,

the Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions as
presented.
