SUMMARY: The City's General Fund has held on its books the Oyster Bay Public Works Facility
since 1994. Over time, the City's water utility has made significant capital improvements to the facility
and has been the prime resident of the property. The proposed resolution authorizes the transfer of
the facility from the City's General Fund to the City's Water Utility Fund, compensating the City's
General fund in the amount of the remaining depreciated book value of $1,143,329.
