SUMMARY: The City Council desired to create a one-stop permitting center that incorporates Tax &
Licensing; The attached proposed ordinance modifies the Bremerton Municipal Code ("BMC") to
update the B&O Taxes definitions to facilitate the transfer of the Tax & Licensing division from the
Department of Financial Services to the Department of Community Development and make other
related amendments.
ATTACHMENTS: Ordinance No. 5344 amending Chapter 3.48 BMC relating to tax & licensing.
