SUMMARY: The City Council desired to create a one-stop permitting center that incorporates Tax &
Licensing. The attached proposed ordinance amends Titles 2, 3, and 5 of the Bremerton Municipal
Code ("BMC") to transfer Tax & Licensing division from the Department of Financial Services to the
Department of Community Development and to make other related amendments.
ATTACHMENTS: Ordinance No. 5343 amending Titles 2, 3, and 5 of Bremerton Municipal Code.
