SUMMARY: This Professional Services Agreement provides for turning movement count data at 45
intersections throughout the City and travel time data collection for 8 corridors. The data will quantify
the peak 6 -hours (morning and afternoon) and include bicycle, pedestrian, heavy truck and vehicle
counts. The data will inform current and future intersection level of service, quantify corridor travel
times, and help staff evaluate current signal timing adjustments. The data will also be used to
develop a corridor traffic circulation model along with revised signal timing plans for the major
corridors in the future.

Summary
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The funding is included in the -2017 street operating
budget. Amount not to exceed $35,000.
