SUMMARY: Based on an evaluation of four qualified consultants from the MRSC Consultant Roster,
the City has selected BHC Consultants to provide engineering services and limited construction
support for the Sewage Pump Station CW -4 and OF -12 Modifications Project. The improvements at
CW -4 and OF -12 will reduce combined sewer overflow events at OF -11 in Anderson Cove Basin.
The total contract value is $260,760.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The project is in the 2017 budget for design and is
included in the proposed 2018 budget for design and construction.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the Professional Services Agreement with BHC Consultants in the amount of
$260,760 for the Sewage Pump Station CW -4 Upgrade and OF -12 Modifications Project; and
authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with substantially the same terms and
conditions as presented.
