SUMMARY: This Agreement seeks to provide each Member Agency the benefit of mutual and
automatic aid from the other Member Agencies in responding to incidents that require technical
rescue skills to the end that each Member Agency's citizens may be provided with combined Member
Agency expertise in such matters.
ATTACHMENTS: Interlocal Agreement
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The annual maintenance fee is $2,500.00.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the Technical Rescue Mutual Aid Interlocal Agreement between the City of
Bremerton and other local Fire agencies; and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the
agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
