SUMMARY: Connection Credit Union has established its presence in downtown Bremerton at Fire
Station #1. The original Credit Union lease was established in 2011 and was renewed in 2012 with a
2 year term, and again renewed in 2014 with a 3 year term. This lease agreement will continue with a
3 year term and same conditions. The monthly rent was increased by 4%.
ATTACHMENTS: Lease agreement between the City of Bremerton and Connection Credit Union
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): This agreement will generate $4,864.33 of revenue
plus Lease Hold Excise Tax.
