SUMMARY: Purchase of office furniture and installation services with Staples Business Advantage
for the new tenant improvement project areas in the First floor City offices of the Norm Dicks
Government Center for the planned relocations of City staff.

RECOMMENDED MOTION: Move to approve the purchase and installation services of office
furniture for the first floor City offices in the Norm Dicks Government Center with Staples Business
Advantage in the amount of $ 71,624.49 including WA State sales tax and authorize the PW & U
Director or his designee to purchase the office furniture and services as proposed, upon terms and
conditions agreed upon.
