SUMMARY: We are proposing the elimination of one Forest Service Specialist position from the
budget and the addition of one Environmental Technician position.
This change will not create an additional FTE. This change would require a promotional recruitment
to fill the position. The proposed effective date is the date the successful candidate is promoted.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount):
Approximately $3,000 for the remainder of 2017 which can be absorbed within the existing budget;
approximately $9,600 per year thereafter.
