SUMMARY: A Request for Qualifications (RFQ) was advertised on June 5, 2017 for the engineering
consultant selection for the Manette Park Renovation Project. One submittal was received.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Budget Adjustment to increase the 2017 Parks
Capital Construction Fund by $70,000 for engineering services and permitting. Funds transferred
from the General Government Capital Improvement Fund (REST).

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the Professional Services Agreement between the City of Bremerton and
Parametrix in an amount not to exceed $56,558.00; authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the
agreement with the same terms and conditions as presented; and authorize a Budget Adjustment to
transfer $70,000 from the General Government Capital Improvement Fund and increase the 2017
Parks Capital Construction Fund Revenue and Expenditure Budgets by $70,000 respectively.
