SUMMARY: Request for proposals were prepared and solicited through the City's MRSC Small
Works Roster program to four (4) large commercial HVAC contractors, and received in accordance
with City Bid procedures. One (1) Bid was received. The low bidder is MacDonald -Miller Facility
Solutions of Tacoma, Washington. This company is the original HVAC equipment installation
contractor for the Conference Center/Harbor side Facility.
