SUMMARY: This Consulting Agreement with BMcConsulting LLC will provide lobbying services from
July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018.
ATTACHMENTS: Professional Services Agreement; and Exhibit A (Scope of Work)
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The contract extension would require a budget
adjustment in the amount of $24,000 in the Non -Departmental, General Fund Budget. There is
sufficient fund balance in the General Fund to cover the additional expenditure.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to authorize the Mayor to extend the Professional Services Agreement with BMcConsulting
LLC for substantially the same terms and conditions as presented; and increase the 2017 Non -
Departmental, General Fund expenditure budget by $24,000.
