SUMMARY: This Interlocal Agreement provides a mechanism for Mason County to provide chip
seal services on several East Bremerton street segments. The Agreement is for five years. This is a
pilot program to explore. means/methods to more efficiently maintain City streets. The initial projects
under this Agreement are tentatively planned for the last week of July 2017.

Benefit District (TBD) Program.
