SUMMARY: BMC Chapter 2.38 requires at least two representatives from businesses that collect
the hotel -motel tax to serve on the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee.
The Mayor is seeking confirmation of her appointment of Motel 6 General Manager Fanny Burdette
to the committee from June 14, 2017 through June 13, 2020.
