SUMMARY: BMC Chapter 2.38 requires at least two representatives from businesses that collect
the hotel -motel tax to serve on the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee.
The Mayor is -seeking confirmation of her appointment of Desirae Portillo, General Manager for the
Baymont Inn & Suites to the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee. (
She is filling the seat, previously held by Jack Edwards, for the remainder of the term through April 3,
2018.
