Varick Maintenance for Landscape Maintenance and Services Study Session Date: _May 24, 2017 COUNCIL MEETING Date: June 7, 2017 Department: PW&U Presenter: _Wayne Hamilton Phone: (360) 473-5207 SUMMARY: Call for Bids was prepared and sent out on April 10, 2017 to 21 potential Landscape Services providers. Bids were received and recorded on April 25, 2017 with five comparable bids. Low bidder was S. Varick Maintenance of Belfair WA. Staff requests approval to bid the award to S. Varick Maintenance for Landscape Maintenance and Services fora 5 year term, and allow the PW Director to approve an additional two; two year extensions per the contract documents. ATTACHMENTS: 1) Bid Tabulation Form; 2) Goods and Services Agreement FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Funds are budgeted for the current year and would be budgeted for the remaining contract terms. Amount not to exceed $ 7,000.00 per month.
