SUMMARY: The Bremerton Municipal Court applied to the Office of Public Defense for additional
grant money and was awarded a grant in the amount of $750.00.
This grant money is to be used towards registration and travel for -public defense attorney training in
2017. The grant was applied for on behalf of Ian DeVerna with the contracted firm of LaCross &
Murphy.
ATTACHMENTS: Amendment to WA State Grant Agreement No. GRT17354
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The OPD grant is for $750 to be used only for public
defense training and travel. This grant was applied for on behalf of the public defender's office and
the City is just a pass through for these funds. There are no matching funds required.
