SUMMARY: The Department of Public Works and Utilities has reviewed, revised and made the
following amendments to the existing Title 15 of the Bremerton Municipal Code (BMC):
o Section 15.01.020 corrected definitions to the sewer strength
o Section 15.02.130 updated cross connection control and inspection
o Section 15.03.100 made revisions to wastewater which adds the yearly waste strength
review
o Section 15.06.015 revised assessments, rates, fees and charges which details the
requirements for GFC deferrals
o Section 15.07.020 allow for a credit to be given when it benefits the utility
