Park and visible from State Route 3. The reservoir was last coated on the exterior in 1996. The exterior of Reservoir 21 will be abrasive blasted to remove the existing coating and a new coating will be applied. Bids were opened on April 13, 2017. There were 9 bids. Simpson Sandblasting & Special Coatings, Inc. was the lowest responsible, responsive bidder in the amount of $508,409.79 (which includes sales tax). ATTACHMENTS: 1. Location Map; 2. Agreement; 3.
